electronic online trading facilities. These are without doubt and demonstrably
market leaders within our industry and Vinotheque customers are now able to
benefit from these.
Three years ago London City Bond launched its Customer Information System
(CIS), this is an internet based online information system which is open to
every customer.
Access to the CIS system is Free of Charge to any customer of Vinotheque.

What can I do in the system?
Product and Stock Level Searching with the ability to view stock movements
Despatch and Collection information via our delivery enquiry
View returned Proof of Deliveries via your web browser
Electronic Order submission - key an order directly onto our system
Download a variety of CSV files to provide you with a range of management
information, all of which can be uploaded into Excel or Lotus 123 on your
system.
