Access will only be given if you have an existing LCB account
Passwords will only be sent via Email to the admin contact email specified
below
Accounts can only be setup using this online application form
Access to the system is free of charge
Support is provided by email only - all enquiries should go to
cissd@ontechsolutions.net
You are responsible for the administration of your account and your users.
Email addresses must be specified for all user accounts.
Any data provided from the LCB CIS site, is provided on a best endevours basis and we will endevour to ensure that the information is as accurate as possible, however we do not warrant the accuracy of the information, nor take any responsibility for the information provided or the actions customers take with the data provided.
Any orders placed will be actions, errors made by customers when
placing orders are not the responsibility of LCB.
If you do not know your customer code then please contact our Customer Services
Department cs@lcb.co.uk, alternatively your
code can normally be found at the top of invoices or goods received paperwork
you receive from us. The IT department cannot tell you what your customer code
is.
